Hi, I’m LEAH.

Food is my passion. It’s also way more than that.

I believe in the power of nourishing food and the power of sharing a meal in community. Food is connection: connection to each other around the table, to the people that grow and raise what we eat, to the earth, and to ourselves. Our health is interconnected and every step is important.

My work in the kitchen is informed by years of yoga practice and somatic study. It was through attending retreats myself that I recognised my calling to support people in their practice through food.

I paid homage to my family heritage by learning to cook in Italy, a food culture I grew up in and feel connected to. After learning traditional skills and techniques, I brought in the holistic element through professional and ongoing study.

For me, cooking is an act of service and a very important part of my practice. My aim is to bring this grounded balance to the dishes I serve and the clients I support: respect for both tradition and innovation, and a focus on both nourishment and joy.
